Club committee

North Canterbury Athletic Club is run entirely by volunteers. The committee is elected each year at the annual general meeting, and every member is welcome to stand, nominate someone, or simply come along and have a say.

Elected at the 2026 annual general meeting and serving until the next AGM. Any member is welcome to get in touch with the relevant officer directly.

Join the committee

Committee meetings are held monthly during the season. Members are welcome to attend – contact the secretary beforehand so we can add you to the agenda.

Annual general meetings

Our AGM is held each year at the end of the summer season. Every financial member has a vote, and papers are posted here at least two weeks beforehand.
